In late November this year, in a newly built standardised dairy base in Lanzhou, Gansu Province , the installation and commissioning of Hien air source heat pump units distributed in calf greenhouses, milking halls, experimental halls, disinfection and changing rooms etc. have been completed and officially put into use.
This large dairy base is the ecological husbandry project of Rural Revitalization Industrial Park of Zhonglin Company (Agricultural Investment Group), with a total investment of 544.57 million yuan and covers an area of 186 acre. The project has been recognized as a green project by the Green Certification Center in Western China, and comprehensively builds a national level modern dairy base with high-quality forage planting ecological base, combining planting and breeding, forming a green organic ecological cycle industry chain. This project adopts domestic leading equipment, fully implements the automatic production of the whole process of cow breeding and milk production, and effectively improves the milk output and quality.
After on-the-spot investigation, Hien professionals designed seven sets of systems and carried out corresponding standardized installation. These seven sets of systems are used for the heating of large and small milking halls, calves' greenhouses, experimental halls, disinfection and changing rooms; Hot water is supplied to large milking hall (80 ℃), calf house (80 ℃), small milking hall, etc. According to the actual needs, the Hien team made the following moves:
- Six DLRK-160II/C4 ultra-low temperature heat pump cooling and heating units are provided for large and small milking halls;
- Two DLRK-80II/C4 ultra-low temperature heat pump cooling and heating units are provided for calf greenhouses;
- One DLRK-65II ultra-low temperature heat pump cooling and heating unit is provided for experimental halls;
- One DLRK-65II ultra-low temperature heat pump cooling and heating unit is provided for the disinfection and changing room;
- Two DKFXRS-60II heat pump hot water units are provided for large milking halls;
One DKFXRS-15II heat pump hot water unit is provided for calf greenhouses;
- and one DKFXRS-15II heat pump hot water unit is provided for the small milking hall.
Hien heat pumps have fully met the needs of 15000 square meters of air source heating and 35 tons of hot water in the dairy base. Hien air source heat pump units are featured by energy saving, high efficiency, safety and environmental protection. Compared with coal, gas and electric heating/hot water, its operation cost is much less. This is going with the "green" and "ecological" concepts of ecological husbandry in the Rural Revitalisation industrial park. Both parties jointly contribute to the sustainable development of dairy farming industry in terms of cost reduction and green causes.
