From July 4th to 5th, the 2023 semi-annual summary and commendation meeting of Hien Southern Engineering Department was successfully held in the multi-function hall on the seventh floor of the company. Chairman Huang Daode, Executive VP Wang Liang, Director of Southern Sales Department Sun Hailong and others attended the meeting and made their speeches.
This meeting reviewed and summarized the sales performance of the Southern Engineering Department in the first half of 2023, and planned the work in the second half of the year. As well as rewarded individuals and teams with outstanding performance in the first half of the year, and organized all personnel to train together to further enhance their professional skills.
At the meeting, Chairman Huang Daode delivered a speech, expressing his warm welcome to everyone and expressing his heartfelt thanks to everyone for their hard work! “Looking back at the first half of 2023, we have made solid progress towards our goals, demonstrating our strength through performance, and achieving growth year-on-year. We have to work hard in a down-to-earth manner to understand and summarize the existing problems and shortcomings, and find ways to solve and improve them. We need to constantly explore and identify the true needs of the market to maximize sales. “ He expressed, “We also need to continue to strengthen team collaboration and promote our new products, such as full DC inverter water heater unit and central air-conditioning air-cooled module units.”
The meeting held a grand commendation for excellence in 2023, and awarded the sales engineers and teams of the Southern Engineering Department who had outstanding performance in achieving the sales target in the first half of 2023, achieving the new category target, and expanding the enrollment of distributors.
