Thanks to Hien's continuous investment in air-source heat pumps and related technologies, as well as the rapid expansion of air-source market capacity, its products are widely used for heating, cooling, hot water, drying in homes, schools, hotels, hospitals, factories, enterprises, entertainment places, etc. This article describes Hien's representative swimming pool heat pump projects.
1. Constant temperature project of 1800 tons swimming pool of Panyu Middle School Affiliated to Chinese Normal School
The Affiliated High School of China Normal University is the only one of the first batch of national demonstration high schools in Guangdong Province under the dual leadership of Guangdong Provincial Department of Education and South China Normal University. The school requires students to be able to swim to a standard level, as well as a course in water rescue skills and first aid skills. This shows how important the constant temperature swimming pool is to the Affiliated School.
The swimming pool of Panyu Middle School is 50 meters long and 21 meters wide. The circulating water in the pool is 1800m³, and the water temperature is required by the school to be above 28℃. After the field survey and accurate calculation, it was decided to equip the school with 5 sets of 40P large pool heat pump units that integrate constant temperature, dehumidification and heating, providing 1,800 tons of constant temperature hot water service, with the pool water temperature stable at 28-32℃. The four seasons swimming needs of the whole school have been fully met.
2. 600t pool constant temperature project for Ningbo Jiangbei Foreign Language School of Arts
As a public school with a high-end positioning, Ningbo Jiangbei Foreign Language School of Arts’ project on the constant temperature of the pool was installed and constructed in accordance with the highest standard system design, with an investment of about 10 million yuan. The requirements of the school's pool thermostat were extremely strict, and the equipment purchase was the best among the best. Considering from the project itself, the heating stability of the pool unit and the precise control of the constant temperature of the water are particularly important in the cold environment. With outstanding product quality, strong technical strength and professional project design, Hien won the project.
In this project, 13 sets of Hien KFXRS-75II swimming pool thermostatic units with the functions of constant temperature, dehumidification and heating were used, and solar collectors were installed. All are connected with stainless steel pipes and wrapped with aluminum sheet. The project was successfully completed and put into use in 2016, providing 600 tons of thermostatic hot water service for the school. According to the results of the return visit not long ago, the operation of the units is very stable. More importantly, in the high humidity environment of the swimming pool, the whole system can also achieve the dehumidification function, further improving the comfort of the swimming pool environment of Ningbo Jiangbei Foreign Language School of Arts.
3. Yueqing Sports and swimming pool constant temperature project
Yueqing Gymnasium, located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, is also a typical case of using air source heat pump. In January 2016, Hien stood out in the fierce competition for the stadium project. The project has been completed with high quality at the end of 2017.
Hien's 24 sets of KFXRS-100II stainless steel anticorrosive material units were used in the project, with a total heat production of 2400kw, including large pool, medium pool and small pool, floor heating and 50 cubic shower system. The operating system integrates intelligent control and data monitoring for easy operation and management. In addition, the unit can automatically complete the water refill, heating, water supply and other processes, bringing a stable and efficient 24-hour hot water supply to the stadium.
4. Hien has served Yancheng's largest fitness club twice
Hanbang Fitness Club is the largest chain fitness club in Yancheng City and the first brand in the fitness industry in northern Jiangsu. It is famous for its high-quality hardware facilities. This is not the first time that Hien has held hands with Hanbang Fitness Club. As early as the winter of 2017, Shengneng has successfully served Hanbang Fitness Club (Chengnan Branch). Thanks to the high quality and efficiency of Chengnan Branch’s hot water project, the second cooperation with Dongtai Branch has also been successfully completed. This time, Dongtai Branch selected three KFXRS-80II hot water units and three swimming pool units to provide 60 tons of 55 ℃ hot water for the club and guarantee the constant temperature effect of 400 tons of swimming pool water of 28 ℃.
And back to 2017, Hanbang Fitness Chengnan Branch adopted three KFXRS-80II hot water units and four swimming pool units, which not only provided high-quality and comfortable hot water shower services for the club, but also met the constant temperature requirements of the swimming pool water.
