On March 9th, the 2023 Hien Boao Summit with the theme “Towards a Happy and Better Life” was grandly held at the Boao Asian Forum International Conference Center. With the gathering of industry leaders and eminent figures, new ideas, strategies, products, and measures converged, setting a new direction for the development of the industry.
In 2023, based on market practice, Hien continued to innovate based on user needs, creating the Hien family series of new products, which were unveiled at the 2023 Hien Boao Summit, showcasing the continuous technological strength of Hien, tapping into the multi-billion market of heat pumps, and creating a happy and better life.
In March, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China released the notice on the “Green Manufacturing List for 2022,” and Hien from Zhejiang made the list as a renowned “Green Factory.” Highly automated production lines improved efficiency, and intelligent manufacturing greatly reduced energy consumption costs. Hien comprehensively promotes green manufacturing, leading the air energy industry towards green, low-carbon, and high-quality development.
In April, Hien introduced the Internet of Things into remote monitoring of units, allowing for a better understanding of unit operations and timely maintenance. This makes it faster and more convenient to serve every Hien user, effectively ensuring stable operation of Hien units scattered across different locations, and providing users with peace of mind and convenience.
From July 31st to August 2nd, the “2023 China Heat Pump Industry Annual Conference and the 12th International Heat Pump Industry Development Summit Forum” hosted by the China Energy Conservation Association was held in Nanjing. Hien once again secured the title of “Leading Brand in the Heat Pump Industry” with its strength. At the conference, Hien’s BOT transformation project of the hot water system and drinking water in the student dormitory at Anhui Normal University Hua Jin Campus won the “Best Application Award for Heat Pump Multifunction.”
On September 14th-15th, the 2023 China HVAC Industry Development Summit and the “Cold and Heat Intelligent Manufacturing” Awards Ceremony were grandly held at the Shanghai Crown Holiday Hotel. Hien stood out among numerous brands with its leading product quality, technological strength, and level. It was awarded the “2023 China Cold and Heat Intelligent Manufacturing · Extreme Intelligence Award,” demonstrating the solid strength of Hien.
In September, the 290 intelligent production line with industry-leading levels was officially put into use, further improving product manufacturing processes, quality, and production efficiency, meeting the increasing demands of the domestic and international markets, injecting powerful impetus for the sustainable development of the company, and assisting Hien in achieving high-quality and steady development, laying a foundation for it to go global.
On November 1st, Hien continued to cooperate closely with high-speed railways, with Hien videos being played on high-speed train televisions. Hien carried out high-frequency, extensive, and wide-ranging brand promotion on high-speed trains, reaching an audience of up to 600 million people. Hien, connecting people across China through high-speed railways, shines on the land of miracles with heat pump heating.
In December, the Hien Manufacturing Execution System (MES) was successfully launched, with every step from material procurement, material storage, production planning, workshop production, quality testing to equipment maintenance being linked through the MES system. The launch of the MES system helps Hien create a future factory with digitalization at its core, realizing digital and efficient management, fine-tuning the production process, further improving accuracy and overall efficiency, and providing stronger guarantees for high-quality products from Hien.
In December, a 6.2-magnitude earthquake struck Jishishan, Linxia, Gansu Province. Hien and its distributors in Gansu responded immediately, donating urgently needed supplies to the earthquake-stricken area, including cotton jackets, blankets, food, water, stoves, and tents, for earthquake relief.
