On March 23, the 2023 Real Estate TOP500 Evaluation Results Conference and Real Estate Development Summit Forum jointly hosted by the China Real Estate Association and Shanghai E-House Research and Development Institute were held in Beijing.
The conference released the “2023 Comprehensive Strength of Housing Construction Supply Chain TOP500 – Preferred Supplier Service Provider Brand Evaluation Research Report”. Hien has won the title of “Top 500 Preferred Supplier for 2023 Housing Construction Supply Chain Comprehensive Strength – Air Source Heat Pump” by virtue of its superior comprehensive strength.
The report’s based on the research on the preferred cooperative brands of TOP500 real estate enterprises with comprehensive strength for 13 consecutive years, continuing the focus on the field of engineering development, and expanding to the investigation of the project application of supply chain enterprises in the fields of health care, hotels, offices, industrial real estate and urban renewal. Taking the declaration data of supply chain enterprises, cric database and market project information data of public bidding service platform as samples, the evaluation covers seven major indicators: Business Data, Project Performances, Supply Level, Green Products, User Evaluation, Patented Technology and Brand Influence, and supplemented by expert scoring and offline evaluation. With these scientific evaluation method, the preferred index and sample preferred rate are obtained. And then the brands of real estate suppliers and service providers with strong competitiveness are selected. The evaluation results are included in the “5A Supplier” enterprise database established by the Supply Chain Big Data Center established by the China Real Estate Industry Association. “5A” refers to Productivity, Product Power, Service Power, Delivery Power and Innovation Power.
