Hien is taking part in INTERCLIMA 2026 in Paris, from September 28 to October 1, meeting customers, distributors, installers and industry professionals from across Europe.
At Booth H7.3-F034, Hien is presenting its latest air-to-water heat pump solutions, with a focus on R290 technology for residential and light commercial applications.
For Hien, INTERCLIMA is not only an opportunity to present products. It is also a chance to meet customers face to face, listen to their needs and exchange ideas with partners from different European markets.
R290 Heat Pumps for European Applications
R290 has become an increasingly important refrigerant for heat pumps in Europe, and it is one of the key directions of Hien’s current product development.
At the show, Hien is displaying its R290 air-to-water heat pump range, covering different capacity requirements and applications such as space heating, cooling and domestic hot water.
The products are developed with European market requirements in mind, with CE certification and control systems supporting eight languages, including English, German, French and Italian.
At the Hien booth, discussions with customers are not limited to product specifications. Installation, system configuration, technical support and after-sales service are also important topics. These conversations give Hien a better understanding of the practical needs of European installers and distributors.
New Product Development Underway
Alongside the products already available, Hien is also working on new solutions for the European market.
One of the products currently under development is an integrated hydraulic module designed to work together with the heat pump system.
By integrating key hydraulic components into the system, the solution is being developed to make installation more convenient and provide a more complete system for installers and end users.
The hydraulic module is currently in the development and testing stage. Hien is working on the technical details and system integration, and the product is expected to be introduced to the market after the development and testing process is completed.
This is part of Hien’s approach to developing not only individual heat pump units, but also more complete solutions around the heating system.
A New Base in Germany
Hien is also taking another step to strengthen its presence in Europe.
The company’s new office and warehouse in Germany are scheduled to be put into operation in mid-October 2026.
The new facility will provide a closer point of contact for European customers and support Hien’s business development in the region. The warehouse will also help improve product availability and spare parts support for customers in Europe.
The Germany office will provide a local base for communication and coordination, while the warehouse will make it easier for Hien to respond to customers’ requirements and provide more convenient support after the sale.
For Hien, establishing the office and warehouse is an important part of building a closer connection with the European market. The goal is simple: to be closer to customers and provide more practical support locally.
Meeting Customers and Partners in Paris
One of the most valuable parts of INTERCLIMA is the opportunity to meet customers in person.
